We had a representative from the Hartford Arts Council, Lauren Miller, who spoke with us about promoting ECAC with other organizations within the area as well as within the town of Enfield. She handed out material for us to peruse and contacts should we be interested in further instruction or guidance.
Bill Lee mentioned that we would use a proposal type of form for future events in dealing with our expenses. It was also mentioned that we might want to come up with an on-line form for people attending our various events.
Bill Lee also mentioned that the town will be hosting a State Dinner for our sister City and wanted to know if we are interested in participating. We are interested!
Acceptance of Minutes
Acceptance of minutes was overlooked.
