LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Chapter 103, § 7-255 of the Connecticut General Statues, the Enfield Sewer Authority shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING on April 20, 2009 at 6:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield CT to hear comments on properties affected by the proposed sewer use charge rate for the 2009-2010 billing. The proposed rate is $1.58 per thousand gallons of waste water treated. Said rate and notice is on file with the Enfield Town Clerk.
